RETURN POLICY

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Because of the custom nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

· Candles

· Sample Kits

· Space Mist

 
Conditions of return:

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery at hello@wyatt-vannin.com

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery, using the return address on your package. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

*If items are damaged or defective due to carrier handling, please photograph all damaged packaging immediately, to be used for carrier claim purposes. Please email all photographs to hello@wyatt-vannin.com, prior to your return. A claim will be filed with the carrier, and you will not be responsible for shipping costs.
